The packing equipment comprises a conveyor, a weighing machine with electronic filling scales, and a packing machine. The weighing machine(2) has two weighing vessels (6, 7) independent of each other, and a transfer mechanism moving the single measuring head(9) of the scales below one or the other. The approx. weight of the goods is adjusted by a pre-setting device, controlling the conveyor and transfer mechanism. The weighing machine can have a double linkage(28) with two support points, while the measuring head is mounted on a support, on which are hinged two connector pieces pivoting on a central beam. The beam is coupled to the measuring unit of the scales, and the support is actuated by an electric motor(32).
