Automatic spray appliance for small objects - incorporates carriage with carrier plate turning through 90 degrees for second spraying

Objects to be sprayed are carried on the plate of a conveyor carriage, moved into a spray booth. When the carriage enters/leaves a spray area, spray guns are switched on/off, which move to-and-fro on an arm. The plate is then turned through 90 deg., and passes through the spray area again. Outside the booth, the carriage is unloaded and recharged. The appliance consists of a spray booth with motor-driven guns, rails with a motor-driven carriage, and a control unit. The rails extend from the back of the booth to approx. one carriage length in front of it. The carriage has a turnable carrier plate, and the controls contain elements for automatic transportation and spraying.
