Filtering drainage system for building works - uses open drainage pipes and perforated cover plate with filter layer of gravel or similar material

The draining system is used for building foundations in contact with the ground. The draining tube lengths have openings for allowing the passage of the water. The tube lengths are arranged under a filter layer within the working chamber upstream of the building work. The depth of the draining system ensures that the foundation depth for the building can be reduced. The effective filtering surface is large and the specific loading of the filter is reduced and filter life is extended. The tubes are hollow profiles with large cross section area. These tubes project over the whole bottom width of the excavated working chamber which is several times larger than the depth of this chamber. The open tube channels are covered with perforated plate with supports at chamber walls. The plate is covered with porous filter material such as gravel.
