Filter system for cutting coolant - having clean liquid tank with pump and dirty liquid tank feeding hydrocyclone purifier

Coolant filter plant uses hydrocyclone purifier. It has a clean liquid vessel as well as a dirty liquid vessel between which there is an overflow weir. The clean liquid vessel has its own pump. The base of the dirty liquid tank can have inclined sides. The two vessels can be formed by a partition in a single tank. The dirty liquid is pumped by a submerged pump from its vessel to a hydrocyclone. From here it flows on to the clean liquid tank. Esp. for cleaning the cutting coolant on machine tools. The use of hydrocyclones is known but when these are in line with the coolant feed, they have to be stopped every time the tool is changed. The system described operates continuously.
