Stirring and mixing system - with contra:rotating paddle drive shafts linked by planetary gearing

A new stirring and mixing system with a pair of contrarotating paddles for use in quick and intensive mixing process of free-running substances in all areas of process engineering prevents a rotary motion of the material without any baffles and results in a powerful turbulence. Both a hollow shaft and a concentric solid shaft carry a set of paddles. The two shafts are set in contrarotating motion because the solid shaft carries the sun pinion of a planetary gear, and the hollow shaft is coupled by a crank to a planet pinion.
