The vacuum water extractor unit has water collection point below the suction pipeline. The position is lower than that corresponding to the practically available vacuum measured in length of water column. This extractor drain unit is used in factory and storage halls where all pipelines are arranged under the ceiling and in ships, or in waste water channels underground. The unit prevents stoppage of the waste water in the riser pipes. Upper part of the riser pipe (12) has a ventilating opening (34) whose dia. varies between six to twenty millimetres. The ventilating opening (34) is connected with a ventilating pipe (28) of the waste water collection point (16). A valve may be be arranged in the ventilating opening (34).
