The clips are intended to keep a cable run between a testing bench and a machine tidy, and also allow versatility in connection of individual leads. The required result is achieved by employing a circular disc (16) with a series of lobe shaped cut outs (20-25) around its perimeter. The cables (1-6) are pressed into these cut outs, and a series of the discs placed along the cable run. When a lead has to branch off to a measuring pint it is unclipped at the required discs. The discs are typically of elastic material. The cables are arranged around a central chain.
