The microwave resonant circuits have elements compensating for the temperature coefficients of the circuits components. The compensation elements consist of at least one dielectric or magnetic element with a positive or negative temperature coefficient. They are placed in the resonant circuit's magnetic or electric fields, so that the temperature coefficient of the resonant circuit, together with any active or passive components connected to it, is compensated by frequency detuning as accurately as required.
