An unbalanced body (1) is coupled to a drive shaft (3) by a unit (2). It is formed by a lever (9) which is seated on the drive shaft (3) to which it is also connected secure against rotation. The lever extends at least up to a circle covered by the maximum deflection of the imbalanced body (1) and has at its free end one part (12) of a swivel joint (8) whose swivel axis is parallel to the axis of rotation of the drive shaft (3). The other part (6) of the swivel joint (8) is mounted on the largest possible radius inside the cover circuit of the body (1) at a point from which the plane passing through the axis of the swivel bearing (8) and through the axis of the drive shaft (3) and the plane passing through the axis of the drive shaft and the centre of gravity (S) of the body (1) intersect each other at right angles or close to when the unbalanced body swivels from the end position with the smallest radius of centre of gravity (rmin) to the end position with the largest radius (rmax).
