Atomising light oil burner - has secondary air outlets in inner wall of fire tube in front of flame baffle

The light oil burner of the pressure atomisation type ensures improved operation for small boilers using a double-walled fire tube insert (2). The air outlets (7) of the inner wall (4) are in front of the flame stabilizing baffle (13), while inside the wall (13) is the adjustable air control valve. Improved mixing and stable flame are achieved with secondary air supplied through outlets (7) while the primary air is fed through the inside of the fire tube. The air control valve allows lower pressure of primary air to be used for atomization of the fuel, and a short flame allows installation in combustion chambers with a length of 20 cm to be carried out. The intensity of mixing is controlled by the shift of the nozzle (10).
