The dispensing head for pasty substances which discharges the substance in the form of a foam, is made as a one piece moulding (1). At one end is the channel (5) for the supply of the substance, and at the other end is an outlet (6) for gas under pressure. Between them is the control valve. This has a handle (11) with a threaded portion (12) so that when rotated a tapered valve member (15) with a rounded nose (2) is moved towards or away from a convex seat (3) to control flow through a final outlet (4). The gas outlet (6) has a side branch behind which is mounted a gas bottle (9).
