The electronic machine or punching holes in paper has an alternating signal of specific frequency and amplitude supplied by a generator to the input of a signal formation stage. This stage has outputs which are connected with an amplifier's inputs. After amplification, the signal is passed to the inputs of high voltage transformer stages. The ends of the secondary winding of the high voltage transformer stages are connected to cone peak screws between which high voltage sparks are frequency-controlled. The paper is passed at specific speed between these peaks and holed.
