In the parent patent, a tamperproof plastics cap closure has a marginal section serving as safety ring integral, via radial ribs, with a screw-threaded cap; and a transfer ring. The safety ring has an inner elastic gripping ring which engages, in "closed" position, a transfer ring of a container to be closed. In this addn., the safety ring has a constriction which gradually passes into an elastically expandable marginal section. Can be used with bottles having a short, screw-threaded neck. Unscrewing the cap with simultaneous intended breaking of seal is facilitated.
