The packing is particularly for tobacco products. One or more of its surfaces supports additional items and a hollow chamber (3) to take these items is provided in or on the packing. The items concerned can be those necessary for the use of the contents, e.g. matches, and there can be a match-striking surface (1) on one of the surfaces. There can be a wrapping or lug for the items fixed to the inside or outside of the packing, with a cover to prevent them falling out.
