The carbon copy set is for demanding payment of one of more accounts not yet settled, the individual sheets having divisions in line with each other formed by parallel apertures. On the sheets below the divisions there are first margins blocked off to make their hand-written parts invisible on the second and third sheets. The second and further sheets have second margins in line alongside the first, the contents on the third being likewise blocked off. The third and other sheets have third margins in line, alongside the second. The last sheet is the final warding notice.
