Antitheft car licence plate - has coded data incorporated in plastics cover film to be visible under UV or IR illumination

The anti theft car licence plate is covered with a double layer of transparent plastics into which is embossed the date stamp and the official seal, with suitable colouring. Security markings are incorporated in the layers, with the coded data made visible only under special illumination. The security markings are applied between the sandwiched plastics layers. The special lighting can be UV or IR and any attempt to change the markings destroys the film.
