Drake disc protector for wide hub wheel - has thin non corrodible sleeve positioned to prevent spray from reaching disc

The brake disc is mounted inboard of the wide hub wheel, on an extension mount (13). A metal sleeve (11) is fitted over the mount to protect the disc from spray through the wider hub hole. The sleeve is made from non-corrodible metal and is light and unobtrusive. The sleeve also hides the otherwise unsightly brake disc from view through the wide hole. It can be pressed with axial grooves to sit over the mounting bolts for the brake disc.
