A pair of skis (1) is joined by a lever linkage placed on top of the skis, in front of the ski binding. A vertical pivot (5) locates a bracket (4) to which two parallel rods (12) are attached by means of pivot joints (13). A connector plate (3) links the two pairs of rod ends. The linkage produces a guidance for the skis such that tilting motion when moving through bends is equal. A restrictor chain (11) between the inner rods controls the maximum distance between the ski that is advisable for downhill skiing.
