The synchronised shaft union has one shaft end formed as a ball head (1), and the other as an encompassing hollow ball housing (2). Between them are power transmission balls in channels (3) in meridian tracks in a ball cage. The tracks are concentric with the central point (4) of the union, and at an acute angle to the union axis. Instead of the ball cage between ball head and hollow ball housing, inside the ball head is a disc, ring or ball with a groove (8) into which the balls (6) project and are retained.
