The contactless switch has a rectangular case holding the circuit and terminals or a connecting cable, and a cover. A pick-up coil is supported by the case and mounted on it in several angular positions. The pick-up (5) is rotatable about a pin (7) on the case (4) and has a concentric with the pin (7) graduated disc with notches (12) and at least one locking pin (11) on the case, so that the pick-up can be locked in the required position.
