Pipe cleaning machine for industrial pipelines - has hollow and impact pistons driving chisel head to remove caked-on deposits

The pipe cleaning machine as in the main patent has a housing (16) which contains the front waste flow openings (17) containing a sliding hollow piston (18). This has at its rear end a supply opening (19) designed as a throttle opening. Its front end slides on the rear end of the impact piston (24) which drives the chisel head (8) to chip off the deposits on the pipe. A spring (22) is mounted between the impact piston and a control disc (30) which opens and closes the forward drainage openings is in turn mounted on the impact piston with a further spring (32) between this piston and this disc. The disc is coupled to the impact piston and the impact piston to the hollow piston by sto balls (27). As soon as the chisel head strikes resistance, the impact piston moves to and fro and hammers on the chisel head until pressure is built up to remove the deposits.
