Electromechanical automatic sliding door brake mechanism - has roller lever on control curve fitted on drive carriage with torsion spring

The mechanical arrester device for automatic sliding door drive units is esp. applicable to electromechanically driven double sliding doors. There is a torsion spring element (1) on a carriage (4) in the door wing drive, with roller lever (3) running on a control curve unit (2). This provides continuous control of the wing's (5) sliding movement. The control curve may serve as end stop when the wing is open or closed. This is simple in construction, and obviates need for complex setting and adjustment.
