The invention relates to medicaments acting notably on the central nervous system and based on ethyl 2-aryl allophanates. They are based on an ethyl 2-aryl allophanate of the general formula: IMAGE in which R1,R2 and R3 may represent hydrogen, chlorine or bromine, a methyl radical (-CH3) or trifluoromethyl radical (-CF3). The medicaments are useful for the treatment of disorders of the central nervous system in humans and animals.
