Furnace exhaust heat recovery system - uses double wall jacket with condensate removal channels forming heat transfer flow passage

The utilisation system for flue gases is used in a furnace plant. The flue centre section has a gas flow path around the heat recovery jacket. The heat of the flue gases is recovered at relatively low as well as at very high temp. Soot deposits in the flue channel and corrosion of the jackets are prevented. The attachment (A, B, C) is connected to a horizontal flue channel (2) of the furnace plant. The double walled jacket (8) has at least two sections, of which each is provided with an inlet and outlet connection (9, 7) for the heat carrying fluid. The lower part has a gully (7) for removal of the condensate any rainwater and has a cleaning door (18).
