Each distributor element has an auxiliary accumulator functioning with slight back pressure and with a volume equal to the return displacement of the lateral valve and the central rod of the dosing piston. In the body (30) is the lateral chamber (42) with the lateral valve (43). An axial pipe (44) leading to the point to be greased is blocked by the valve and there are two lateral pipes (45, 46), and a plug (47), at the base with an interanl tubular extension (48), acting as a stop for the lateral piston. A compression spring (56) acts for return purposes.
