The device consists of an elastic system in a housing. The system is submitted to the vertical traction force, its displacement actuating an electrical switch. The elastic system is pretwisted at its middle and extends by rotating in a plane perpendicular to the sense of the vertical force. The system is made up of a longitudinal metallic element (5, 6) which has been deformed at its middle, in a sense perpendicular to its length. Joined to it is a bar (7) fixed perpendicular to the deformed part of the elastic element. The system turns the bar so that it connects with and actuates the electric switch (10, 11, 12).
