The electrical connector block is used for connecting the supply leads to a row of male contact pins (2) along the edge of a printed circuit board and comprises an insulating casing (1) containing a row of female contacts (5) which are formed so as to grip the inserted male contact pins (2). Each of the latter female contacts (5) is galvanically connected within the insulating casing (1) to at least two other similar female contacts (5) which are formed for direct connection with circular jack plug connectors. The various groups of female contacts (5) are spaced from one another within the insulating casing (1), to allow the greatest distance between them. Coded plates (7) may be fixed to the male and female connector blocks.
