One piece powered roller shutter - with lateral cassette attachments acting with shaft ends sliding in roller

The roller shutter for doors or windows is in one piece and has a frame fitted with vertical guide-rails and a cassette. A blind has slats fitting the door or window dimensions with a roller for winding and unwinding this and a drive mechanism. The cassette incorporates detachable lateral attachments (19) held in contact with the vertical shaped-section units which are connected to the frame by connecting pieces. These attachments act in conjunction with the shaft ends (27) sliding in the roller (33). They may have a vertical projection as connecting-piece, while there is a housing consisting of bent walls for retention of a ball-bearing. The frame is independent of the characteristics of the drive mechanism and of the disposition of this on the wall or window frame.
