Display of digital values as curves - using TV raster scanning with easy vertical positioning of several curves by synchronising beam with counter (NL150377)

A method of displaying digital values as curve points on the screen of a raster-scanning display device is designed to enable simultaneous display of several curves whilst permitting easy vertical positioning of each curve. The scanning of a t.v. screen by an electron beam is synchronised with the counting of a raster counter which controls the intensity modulation of the beam at the coordinates of curve points. For simultaneous display of several curves, each curve is associated with a reference line value to which the digital values of the curve are added. The summed values are used to determine th coordinates. By changing the associated reference line value, the vertical position of a curve may be altered.
