A transmission arm (1) is hinged to a fixed shaft (2). This arm has two clamping jaws, (4,8) at its end which can turn about two aligned axes (5,9). These jaws can be removed from each other and can approach each other while one of them (4) is rotated. The transmission arm (1) can be moved sequentially into the different positions. A new component is gripped between the clamping jaws (4,8) in a leading position. It is turned in contact with the grinding unit in an operating position. It is released in an unloading position, after being deburred, by spreading apart the clamping jaws.
