The planning chart has a number of printed circuits (71-74) which can be connected to a voltage source (4). Connections to the voltage supply (4) is made via multiple switches (81-84). There is a switch for each printed circuit. The printed circuits supply lamps (1a-1f). Lamps are selected from a row as a function of distinct criteria. The chart also has a number of two pole switches (9, 10). The number of two pole switches being equal to the product of the number of lamps and distinct criteria. The two pole switches enable the lamps (1a-1f) to be selected to an even numbered printed circuit (72) or an odd numbered printed circuit (71).
