The suspended pallet is loaded with packed goods and rides along a rail on a wheel. The weight is transferred on a wheel. The weight is transferred from the rail to a step on the rail stop which is attached to a diagonal link. This member is pivoted about a lower point. A hydraulic jack operates the diagonal member and the pallet is lowered onto the base. The stop plate is tilted by coming into contact with the support pin and the pallet can roll onto the horizontal rail.
