Upper tie rods (19, 20, 21) each have one end connected to a towing eye (22), and their other ends are hinged to the upper edge of the frame. Lower tie rods (12) are hinged at one end to the lower edge of the frame and their other ends are connected to a plate (23). A bolt (25) passing through the plate is guided between two bars below tie rod (20). If the towing force exceeds a predetermined level, the plate slides rearwardly and the frame swings upwardly about the ends of the upper tie rods.
