The sequencer has a current supply which is fed at a determined frequency from a frequency divider (2, 3). The current supply feeds a first programmable divider (4) which sends pulses at a chosen frequency to a programmable counter (5). The counter (5) supplies a decoder (6) which determines, at its different outputs, the pulse current, of chosen frequency in determined sequence and desired duration. This is achieved by means of a phase signal transmitted from an inhibition circuit. The inhibition circuit is a programmable divider (7) fed by the frequency divider (2) and zero reset by the first programmable divider (4).
