Concreting system using pneumatic projection - has mixture of water, cement, colloidal products and adjuvants de-flocculated to form binder

The system is for application of concrete in building or refractories in repair of furnaces. The compositions being applied contain a defloculant. A preliminary mixture is made of water, cement, colloidal products of fine granulometry and any necessary adjuvants. Pre-deflocculation of the mixture is then carried out, and the binder thus prepared is delivered to the pneumatic projector. Water and cement products may be supplied separately (2, 4) and are mixed in the nozzle (1).
