The inclination and height of a trailed or semi mounted implement is adjusted independently of the level by a deformable parallelogram which maintains the towing point at a height determined by the height and inclination of the implement. The parallelogram comprises an upright (1) connected with the hub of wheel (8) and the towing arm which has the towing point at its front end. A second upright (5), coupled to the implement is connected to upright (1) by upper and lower links (6). A jack (9) adjusts the height of the tool without affecting the inclination of the towing arm.
