Door lock security system - discharges tear gas through gap between frame and partly opened door when door is forced

The lock security system uses a pressurised canister(6) of tear gas. The gas is released when the door(3) to which the lock(4) is fitted is forced. The system has a bolt(35) for holding the door in a partly opened position when it is forced. The gas canister(6) is fitted into the door frame(2) and releases the gas into the space between a partly opened door and frame. A movable trigger is displaced when the door is forced. The trigger actuates a mechanical system which initiates gas release. The trigger pivots around an axis, it is held fixed by a pin which is broken when the door is forced.
