The bicycle has the usual type of frame, two wheels with forks, a saddle and handlebars. The handlebars and front fork are provided with a mounting for a vertical mast (1) accommodating a sail (6). The sail can be held horizontally by a boom (2), pivoting on the mast by means of a rowlock slotted into the boom, and the mast can be mounted in a sleeve (10) fixed to the frame in front of the handlebars. There may be a window made of transparent material (3) in the sail at the level of the boom, and the frame can have folding footrests (9).
