The building has a sloping roof which has parallel inner and outer skin defining an air passage (5) extending from the top of the vertical walls to the ridge of the roof. Dampers (11, 13) at the top of the walls allow the passage to communicate with either the outside or the inside of the building. Dampers (12) at the bottom of the walls allow air to flow directly between the inside and outside. At the ridge, the passage has an outlet (10) to atmos. It also communicates with a ceiling void (6) contg. a heater or humidifier and has dampers (15) releasing air into the building.
