摘要

The method consists of excitation of pulses in an erosion path between the workpiece and electrode, filled with a dielectric. Electrode and workpiece are moved relative to each other, and the pulse source is controlled in accordance with the process parameters. The pulse amplitude in the erosion path is the parameter to be monitored. It is measured during machining and the pulse source is operated by comparison with a standard value for an optimal path. When this value is exceeded, normal pulse frequency is maintained, and when it is not reached, the frequency is greatly reduced.
