PURPOSE:To prevent surging, by detecting shortage of absolute air supply with a pressure switch and issuing alarm. CONSTITUTION:A damper 7 that regulates the discharge pressure of a blower 4 by regulating the amount of air drawn into the duct 1 is provotally provided, and the damper shaft 7 is connected to the outwardly protruding L-shaped driving shaft 6 of the control motor 6 through the connecting rods 8 and 9. The damper 7 is fixed, maintianing a certain angle, by rotating the driving shaft 6 in a certain angle by a certain torque and fixing it with the torque in equilibrium state. A box 10 is attached to the upper portion of the air introduction pipe 2. In the box there is a pressure indication regulator 11 variably set to a desired discharge pressure or a pressure switch of which the contact point opens and closes according to increase and decrease of the discharge pressure respectively, both being connected to the air introduction pipe 2, and either one used detects shortage of the absolute air supply to prevent surging.
