PURPOSE:To reduce a consuming time for a tool exchange and to improve an efficiency in processing a large diametral hole by a method wherein a guiding bush provided on an outer periphery of a drill main body and a center resting member equipped with an indicator are unified. CONSTITUTION:A drill main body 15 having a drill head 14 is detachably attached to a spindle 3 having a cutting oil passageway 10, a guiding bush 22 and a center resting member 24 equipped with an indicator 23 are provided on an outer periphery of the drill main body 15 and all of these members are unified. Pertinent effects wherein a handling operation for a tool exchange may be shortened, collision of the center resting member 24 against an adaptor 21 may be prevented and so on may be obtained.
