REMOVING METHOD FOR CADMIUM ION IN ZINC SULFATE SOLUTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the removing efficiency of a method of removing cadmium ion in a zinc sulfate soln. by substituting zinc dust for the ion by adding copper (ion) to the soln. prior to the substitution reaction. CONSTITUTION:In a method of removing cadmium ion in a zinc sulfate soln. by adding zinc dust, 5-100mg/l of copper ion are added to the soln. In place of the copper ion metallic copper may be added, yet such a large amt. of copper as 0.1- 5g/l is required. By recycling a predetermined amt. of substitution residue formed by substituting the dust for the ion to the soln. before the substitution reaction, the amt. of the expensive zinc duct used can be reduced considerably.
