PRINT FORMAT DESIGNATION SYSTEM IN WORD PROCESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable to obtain desired print document only with minimum operation, by forming specific print format in advance and setting it automatically when designated, in repetitive printing with specific print format. CONSTITUTION:First, the specific print form to which the designated value is set to each print form designation item of document, is made as one independent document. The designated value is automatically set by confirming the specific print form. In addition, if the designation item in which the symbol or code is not specified for the designated value is present, the designation input is requested only to the designation item corresponded. Thus, when specific print form is repetitively printed especially or many designated items are present, the operationability can remarkably be increased.
