PREPARATION OF ANALGESIC SUPPOSITORY HAVING EXCELLENT STABILITY

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an analgesic suppository giving high concentration in blood, containing a specific benzomorphan derivative as an effective component. CONSTITUTION:An analgesic suppository containing a non-narcotic analgesic substance, 2-[3-(p-fluorobenzoyl)-1-propyl]-5alpha,9alpha-dimethyl-2'-hydroxy-6,7 -benzomorphan of formula, as an effective component. The suppository gives high concentration in blood, easily, by the rectal application. The suppository pref. contains lactic acid to suppress the change of the solubility with time, and an SO3---producing salt (e.g. Na2SO3) to prevent the discoloration with time.
