LOADING PREVENTION METHOD OF SCREENING DEVICE IN CRUSHER* GRANULEEARRANGING DEVICE FOR ORES

PURPOSE:To prevent the loading of screening device without stopping the operation of ore crusher/granule-arranging device by setting spray nozzles on a screening device to perform water spraying at regular intervals for a short time. CONSTITUTION:A storage hopper 1 and a feeder 2 are followed by a rough primary screen 3; a primary crusher 4 is set over the primary screen 3, a powder-eliminating screen 5 is set under it; a secondary screen 6 and a third screen 7 are set in a manner of stages downstream to the primay crusher 4, and the second crusher 8 is set on the upper sieve side of the second screen 6, downstream to which are set the forth screen 9 and the fifth screen 10 in a manner of stages; the third crusher 11 is put on the outlet side of the second crusher 8. And, spray nozzles 12, 12' are upwardly set above the screens 5, 7 of the bottom size screens 5, 7, 10 of the screening device.
