PURPOSE:To facilitate roping of a load by horizontally letting fall the load frame around its carrier, extending its loading area, and almost horizontally fixing this load frame in a cart. CONSTITUTION:The load frame 3 which can almost horizontally revolve is set up around the carrier 20 and the support lever 2 which can freely be put in and out outside is set up under the floor of the carrier 10. This enables fixation of the load frame 3 which almost horizontally revolve by this support lever 2. The support lever 2 is fixed by the butterfly bolt 14 at the main support section. The engagement frame 15 which has the concave 5 facing outward adheres to the tip of this support lever 2.
