PURPOSE:To imcrease the reliability quantitatively to the flaws of the inspected piece for the analog recording data, by performing the signal wave shaping through the use digital signal. CONSTITUTION:The means 4 which compares the input value of a given time for the analog flaw signal A0 detected and the means 3 storing the input value are provided, and the storage means 3 is operative when the comparison values of the means 4 are equal or show negative polarity. Further, in the stage of signal processing for comparison and storage, the signal in A/D conversion 2 for the input signal is used.
