CONSTITUTION:When a water current 7 is given from a water current producer 4 the dusts which float down near the left side 2 from the upper stream 8 cannot continue to make their way of a baffle apparatus 6 such as a net, remain and drift at the neighborhood by change their drifting way to the center of the river. The dusts which float along the center of the river change the floating course toward the right bank 3 by the water current and are collected in a baffling device 5. The dusts near the right bank 3 are collected naturally in the baffling device.
