EXPLODING METHOD FOR REMOVING ANSATZ STICKING TO BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE:To rapidly, surely explode and remove Ansatz sticking to the blast furnace, without impairing the furnace body, by charging explosives into the bottomed explosive cavity bored in Ansatz through the hole being bored previously in the furnace wall. CONSTITUTION:The protective frame 6 is attached to the hole 5 in the furnace wall, being left behind after the cooling box is taken away, and the packing material 8 is filled in the gap 7 formed between the hole 5 and the protective frame 6, for the purpose of buffer and fixing the frame 6. The explosive cavity 10 in a bottomed style is bored in Ansatz 9 through the frame 6. The explosives 12 are charged into plural heat insulating cylinders 11 so as to make them the heat insulated explosion tubes 13 which are then inserted into the explosive cavity 10; after that, the packing material 8a like as the clay, sand, etc., is forced to fill the protective frame 6 and the insulating cylinder 11 as far as the iron skin 3, and the detonation wire 15 is led out. By exploding explosives held in the heat insulated explosion tubes 13 inserted in specified in Ansatz, Ansatz 9 can be easily exploded and removed.
